TPI Graduate Investment & Commissions

When you are in the travel business, your earnings come from commissions paid by our suppliers. As a Travel & Tourism Graduate, you will receive commissions that exceed industry standards and represent the largest share of the earned commissions. You also become eligible for special offers for your own personal travel!

Domestic airfare Up to 9%
International Airfare Up to 10% varies based on net and commission
Cruise Lines 10-20 %
Tours 8-20%
Hotels 10-12%
Car Rentals 10-15%
Insurance Coverage Up to 44.5%
All other airline tickets: $10 per passenger on live GDS transactions (no split)

TPI has developed the Graduate Program so it recognizes and rewards you by accelerating the commission levels as your volume grows. You can start at higher commission levels; however verification of sales or individual sales report from current employer or network will be required.
