FACT      Over 90% of all leisure and cruise travel is booked through travel agents.

A look ahead
According to the Harris Report, there are a number of economic trends which indicate continued high growth for the travel industry. With the aging of baby boomers and the increased longevity of the senior citizen market, more and more people today have disposable money and time plus personal interest in leisure travel. These groups of people will continue to increase in size and spending ability, which is good news for travel industry professionals.
