TPI Welcomes Manager of Operations
 
Travel Professionals International (TPI) welcomes Amy Losics to the newly created position of Manager of Operations at its Winnipeg head office.

Encompassing nineteen years in the travel business, Losics comes to TPI with fourteen years at CAA Manitoba – four serving leisure clients and groups, and ten years managing branch operations with over thirty team members per branch. Prior to that, she served leisure and corporate clients at Uniglobe for five years. Losics holds a Certified Travel Manager (CTM) accreditation from the Canadian Institute of Travel Counsellors (CITC).

In the position of Manager of Operations for TPI, Losics will oversee the Distribution and Quality Control Departments. In this capacity, she will review and implement efficiency structures as required in order to best serve TPI Associates. Losics will also be responsible for the TPI exclusive programs of Associate Vacation Relief (AVR) and QuickStart – the former providing Associates’ clients with an agent while the Associate is on vacation or otherwise unavailable, and the latter a service to new TPI Associates who are starting in the travel business and need a helping hand in ensuring that their first bookings go smoothly.

Asked what she was most looking forward to in her new position at TPI, Losics responded, “working with the support team to provide the best resources and back office support possible to the large network of TPI agents.”
